Cashier / Customer Care Representative.
Metropol Capital Ltd is a cheque discounting Company that started its business in the year 2013. Its located in Nairobi CBD. The Company has got one vacancy position of a Cashier /Customer care representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Assist customers to complete cheque discounting form.
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
- Record transactions on the daily ledger.
- Prepare daily profit and loss report and submit to management.
- Prepare end Month profit and loss report.
- Balance cash received against payment made to various customers.
- Operarate M-Pesa and KCB agent.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in business related field with a minimum KCSE mean grade of C+ and a C in mathematics and English or Kiswahili.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High integrity.
- Candidates between the age of 25 to 35 are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience of not less than one year as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative.
- Highly motivated and a go-getter.
- Willing and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Welfare Management will be an added advantage.
